½ cup of vegetable broth

3 tablespoons of vinegar, rice wine

2 tablespoons of cornstarch

2 teaspoons of ground ginger

¼ teaspoons of black pepper

Ingredients for the stir fry:

1 lb. of flank steak, thinly sliced

2 cloves of garlic, minced

2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

8 oz. of Portobello mushrooms, cut into halves

4 oz. of shiitake mushrooms, cut into halves

3 cups of kale, fresh and chopped

2 green onions, thinly sliced

How to Cook:

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients and whisk them thoroughly until they are well mixed.
